Changing habits is hard, and for most people, it's more than one habit — it’s multiple negative habits. This is where I can help you, by reframing your mindset and change a host of negative social, psychological, spiritual, and physical habits.

There are many instances where dietary changes can be beneficial to ones overall health. This is especially true for a number of diagnoses (Obesity, Autism, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Diabetes, etc.).

About Me:

My name is Shannon and I am a certified Holistic Health Coach with a Masters Degree in Psychology. I have been studying behavioral health for over a decade, and over that time I began to note how much impact proper diet and lifestyle can have on ones overall health. In that decade, I have gained experience working with people with disabilities and behavioral challenges that have impacted their overall health and wellbeing both mental and physical. I then began my studies in Holistic Health and started to work with natural methods such as herbs, dietary, and lifestyle changes. For some clients, the combination of dietary and mindset changes has resulted in the reduction or discontinuation of some prescription medications.
